They are at the foot of my bed. I awoke the next morning feeling refreshed. I had not felt that way in years. I wondered if it was connected with less light in the room. I have been turning them off nightly now and I am amazed at how much better I am sleeping. I decided to google this issue and found a number of people saying the same thing, that they discovered they sleep better with their router turned off.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01419116812982249105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10943611.post-60363805820761186072012-01-05T00:50:04.058+02:002012-01-05T00:50:04.058+02:00Regular exercise will strengthen immune system and...Regular exercise will strengthen immune system and all bones-tissues thus less effected by the myriad unavoidable radiations around us :) :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10943611.post-90883091311746506152011-09-30T15:39:38.017+02:002011-09-30T15:39:38.017+02:00I wake up at 3:00 A.M every day, and i mean EVERY ...I wake up at 3:00 A.M every day, and i mean EVERY day since like two years from now. I bought a wireless router when i was a Junior when i got an xbox and an iPod. I'm a 2011 graduate. Yesterday I read about wireless routers and how they may cause sleep disorders. So this time I decided to turn it off, and like a matter of a big coincidence, i slept the whole night for the first time in two years.Adrianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17687953104384467855noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10943611.post-88162043363059938932010-09-22T22:45:25.933+03:002010-09-22T22:45:25.933+03:00It's not the POWER of the wifi you need to be ...It's not the POWER of the wifi you need to be concerned about... it's the 'pulsed' frequency. Governments establish maximum exposure levels (often adopted from other authorities) however the exposure limits for EMF (EMR) are based solely on 'thermal' heating - that is heating of tissue. Biological effects are ignored altogether as they are not yet fully understood. That does not mean they do not exist.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10943611.post-6569318463254812512010-06-06T09:41:50.632+03:002010-06-06T09:41:50.632+03:00YES I turn off my router because IT DISTURBED MY S...YES I turn off my router because IT DISTURBED MY SLEEP VERY MUCH.
This worries me a little because how many people could be affected who don't know why they can't sleep well and what about the router's of the neigbours.
I think my neigbours don't have any but if I couldn't sleep well from their router that would violate my personality rights. If the router is left on, I am awake by 4am. The 2.5 GHz signal from the router is weaker than the mobile phone at 1.8GHz but is continuous. The mobile phone is dormant except when it checks into the network every 15 minutes or so. I cannot explain this but it seems that the WiFi signals does disturb my sleep patterns. I have tried a whole row of nights with it on and then one with it off. And guess what - I only slept through on the off night. The farer the distance between the cell and the cellular (mobile) device the more the transmitted power from the mobile device. That means that turning on your mobile (near to your body) in a no signal area is a lot more dangerous than areas with strong signals.

> No, I do not turn them off but of course I keep the WiFi connection secure, not open for others.

Usually the people who turn off their mobiles just do not want to be disturbed.Mahmoud Kassemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15699432612874900674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10943611.post-10583441480610096252007-04-01T23:21:00.000+02:002007-04-01T23:21:00.000+02:00why close it?!ma open it and let others ystarza2o ...why close it?!
ma open it and let others ystarza2o at night from your router!!!Lasto-adri *Blue*https://www.blogger.com/profile/10976887703405470041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10943611.post-8180189661821774352007-04-01T13:07:00.000+02:002007-04-01T13:07:00.000+02:00Dude, we are being SHOWERED by electromagnetic wav...Dude, we are being SHOWERED by electromagnetic waves every second of every hour 24/7/365...
