1. Click on the "Events" link found in the left menu of your Facebook account.
2. On the top of the page you'll find a link called "Export Events". Click on it, and copy the URL that appears in the pop-up window.
3. Go to Google Calendar, and press on the "Add" button, found in the "Manage Calendars" box there. Then select "Add by URL".
4. Enter the URL you've just got from Facebook there, and click on the "Add" button.
5. Voila, here you go.

Try this script: Facebook to Google Calendar. It just need Greasemonkey installed on your Firefox browser.
ReplyDeleteBut I think these steps are easier
ReplyDeleteII can't get it to display the full event details, it just shows the 'busy' information as though it was someone else's shared google calendar...
ReplyDeleteeasiest by far is fbCal! Automatic updating!
ReplyDeletethanks so much!

ReplyDeleteIt mostly worked, with a couple of nice features: for instance events show up with a link to the facebook event page. However, several of the events only showed up as 'busy' (like tamlyn said) and those events don't have the link to the facebook page, and they don't have the correct ending times.
ReplyDeleteThis almost works... all my Facebook Events are listed on Google Calendar eight hours earlier. :/
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip. I found it really helpful.
ReplyDeletedoesn't work for birthdays
ReplyDeleteSame problem with timezones, looks like google treats facebook events as GMT when it imports. So for me here in Boston, everything is 5 hours off.
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
ReplyDeleteIs there a way to fix the problem with time zones? When imported or updated from faecbook, all of the times are listed as GMT, I live in the USA so this is not so helpful.
ReplyDelete@Tim I'm having the same problem. Have you found a fix yet?
ReplyDeleteIs there anyway to get this to update - it seems to be static, Ideally I'd like this to birthdays as well. I can't get fbCal to work.
ReplyDeletei have inprted the cal, but my entries are all empty. for starters, where are the birthdays?
ReplyDeletesame wer bd??
ReplyDeletewow, thank you, so simple but i still didn't see it..
ReplyDeletereally, thanks!
It worked great!! Thank you for your help :)
ReplyDeleteNice!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've been running the Google calendar with Facebook events for over 6 months with out any problems, but for some reason the calender won't update with the latest events now, also starting to show events I haven't attended???
ReplyDeleteAnybody had a similar problem?

There doesn't seem to be a way to remove a single event once it's brought into your google calendar from FB! I've tried removing it from FB, but it doesn't sync with Google. You have to remove the entire Facebook calendar.
ReplyDeletefail!
I won't be using this, waiting for something that just works right.
@Anonymous Google calendar will Evenually update, sometimes changes take time to make it over to Google.
ReplyDeleteAbout the "busy" event problem, read my blog post here (http://blog.universejdj.com/2010/01/04/facebook-google-calendar-event-calendar-integration/). You can host this yourself securely on a PHP enabled web-server, or trust your private event feed details with the other web service above.
ReplyDeletewith this new facebook interface, i can't find the "Export Events" link. any help?
ReplyDeleteyeah im having the same problem
ReplyDeleteLooks like they removed the link to the calendar feed.... just offering individual events in the .ical format. I'm glad I'd found my events feed address before the redesign
ReplyDeleteChange your google calendars time zone to GMT. Import the facebook stuff. Then change it back.
ReplyDeletedoes the ical link exist anywhere in the current FB?
ReplyDeleteFacebook removed it, in order to keep you looking at Facebook.
ReplyDeleteI still see it, it's now at the very BOTTOM of the Events page (next to the link for Events Help).
